An unknown network connectivity issue at Teaching Unit 2 was reported and investigated on Saturday afternoon.
It has been reported today that some customers at Krost Hall, Bates Law Building and the Law Library Building are also impacted.
Network analysts and Law Center technical staff are currently researching DHCP and DNS configurations to resolve issue.
There have been reports of network connectivity problems at the Computing Center and ERP3 as well.
This problem is associated with Malwarebytes disrupting network connectivity. SMEs are reviewing procedures on the malware support site to apply a fix to machines that are impacted.
Systems with Malwarebytes that were powered off over the weekend should not have the issue.
